Housing for the Homeless.
Building high density housing in existing Cities, only creates Community discontent and the slums of the future. This was the experience in London after WWII and demolition made way for Community friendly housing supported by employment opportunities.
In the 1970s I visited Singapore and saw a hill being flattened. About 2 years later, I visited and on the site there was a Residential Development which included shops etc for a modern community of about 3000 Singaporeans.
There must be countless sites in America for creation of new high-tech Regional Residential Cities supported by manufacturing and rural industry and connected by high speed real to State Capital Cities.
In 1989 my wife and I started a Tourist Development. I researched factory built roofing, external and internal walls, flooring etc with cost and timeline benefits. Local Planning laws prevented the use of these high-tech building components.
With my wife, I have visited rural Communities in France where the emphasis is on quality of life for the residence supported by employment opportunities and surrounded by diverse farming with residents having free access to farm produce.
In Australia EXISTING TAXES and Government Charges are 50% of the price to build a house. 2% LIBERTY TAX can slash the price by 36% to make Housing affordable to all Australians.
